Chocolate Espresso Latte

Our family always has such a wonderful gathering of goodies
that I have decided to compile a cookbook of favorites.  Here
is a recipe that will save you a trip and some bucks if you like
coffee shop specialties.

1 teaspoon of Medaglia D'oro instant espresso coffee
2 teaspoons of Green & Blacks or Dagoba organic cocoa powder
2 teaspoons of Florida Crystals Organic or Demerara Sugar
3-4 oz of boiling water
2-3 oz of Horizon or any other organic half and half
Whipped Cream (optional)

Mix the dry ingredients together.  Add the boiling water and mix
to dissolve the cocoa and sugar.  Finish by adding the half and half.
Decorate with whipped cream, cocoa sprinkles, white chocolate
sprinkles or your favorite topping.
