Pop has lots of empty calories and reducing your intake

to mix sparkling water with juice concentrate but if you
want a bubbly drink with minimal calories, try this recipe.
You can also omit the sugar for a sugar and calorie free
spritzer.
True Lemon is crystallized lemon in a packet and
is convenient to carry in your purse or gym bag. They
also carry True Lime and True Orange.
8 oz. Perrier or Canada Dry Seltzer Water
1-2 packets True Lemon
2 teaspoon sugar
Mix True Lemon packets with sugar or
sweetener. Pour 2 oz. of sparkling over
powder mixture to dissolve. Add remaining
sparkling, mix and add ice. Garnish with fruit
wedges for special occasions.
